Home/Candidate screening
Screen scaffold candidates before you interview them
For manpower agencies, training centres and contractors. Send your candidates one link. They sit a timed 50-minute exam on their phone, and you see every name, score and result on a private page.
How the pilot works
- 01
Ask for a pilot
Fill the form below with the roles you are hiring for and how many candidates you send in a month.
- 02
Get two links
We email you a candidate link to forward on WhatsApp, and a private results link for your team.
- 03
Candidates sit the exam
Each picks the exam for the job: Supervisor I, II-T, II-S or Inspector practice, or an engineer role exam. New paper every attempt.
- 04
See the results
Your results page shows name, exam, score, pass or fail and certificate number. Any certificate can be checked by its number.
Why a test before the interview
The Supervisor I practice exam is hard. In the last 30 days 154 attempts were finished and 6% passed. A candidate who passes has shown the knowledge on paper before you spend time on an interview, a visa or a ticket.

What it is, and what it is not
A knowledge check built on the Saudi Aramco GI 8.001 and CSM II-2 scaffold topics, and on the NASC and BS EN guidance for role exams. It is not a Saudi Aramco certificate, a licence or a practical assessment, and it does not replace the card your client asks for. Candidates see a notice that their name, score and result go to the organisation that sent the link. Their email and phone are never shared with you.
Hard to cheat
One timed sitting, full screen where the device allows. Leaving the page for another tab or app, copying, pasting or printing is logged with the paper, and the third time ends it. Each attempt draws a new paper from a bank of 3,231 questions.
Ask for a free pilot
We reply by email with your two links. Nothing to install.

Questions
Do candidates pay?
No. The exam, the result and the certificate are free for every candidate. Only the optional full review, which shows every mistake with the right answer and reference, is paid.
What language are the questions in?
English, the language of the Saudi Aramco documents and the standards. The exam pages also explain the exams in Arabic, Urdu and Hindi.
What do we see?
Name, exam, date, score in %, pass or fail, time taken and certificate number for every exam started from your link. Exams started but not finished show as "Not finished".
What does it cost after the pilot?
The exams stay free for candidates. If you want more, such as a written report per batch or a practical assessment on site, we quote it per batch.
Can a candidate retake?
Yes. Each attempt is a new paper, and every attempt shows on your results page, so you see the first try as well as the best one.
