Measure the scaffold
Take-off sheet
Measurement rule: agree in the contract what counts as length, width and height, plus minimum charges and extra-over items, before work starts. This tool only multiplies what you enter. Rates are yours.
Inspect and tag
Use your site's tag system. Items follow common TG20 / BS EN 12811-1 practice and client rules such as the Saudi Aramco CSM. Check the latest editions and the scaffold design or compliance sheet. A competent person signs the tag.
Tag register
Next due = last inspection + 7 days. Re-inspect sooner after any alteration or adverse weather. The register is kept on this phone and backed up to AL-YASSIN when you are online.

Verify against the latest editions of TG20, BS EN 12811-1, BS 2482 and the client's site rules (e.g. Saudi Aramco CSM). Where they differ, the stricter rule and the scaffold design govern.
