Use your site's tag system. The checklist follows the standard set for the project: Saudi Aramco (GI 8.001 and the CSM) or NASC TG20. Check the latest editions and the scaffold design or compliance sheet. A competent person signs the tag.
Tag register
Next due = last inspection + the tag validity of its project or client (7 days if none is set). Tags due within 2 days are marked Due soon. Add to calendar saves a reminder (.ics) for 07:00 on the due date, with an alert the day before. Re-inspect sooner after any alteration or adverse weather. The register is kept on this phone and backed up to AL-YASSIN when you are online.

Verify against the latest editions of TG20, BS EN 12811-1, BS 2482 and the client's site rules (e.g. Saudi Aramco CSM). Where they differ, the stricter rule and the scaffold design govern.

Projects and sites
Group tags and take-off lines by project or site. Each project shows its scaffolds, tag colours, due dates and quantities.
New inspections and take-off lines go into this project. You can change the project on each form.
Clients and tag validity
Each client or facility has its own tag system. Set how many days a tag stays valid; 7 days is the default. Verify against the client's current site rules.
A new rule applies from the next inspection; tags already in the register keep their due date until re-inspected. Re-inspect sooner after any alteration or adverse weather, whatever the interval.
Projects are kept on this phone. Removing a project keeps its tags and take-off lines; they move to No project.
